Return Policy – SplashMart

Overview
At SplashMart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received

In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
Certain goods cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

Newspapers or magazines

Intimate or sanitary products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards, downloadable software, and some health & personal care items

to initiate your return.

Provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, e.g., items with obvious signs of use, missing parts, or damaged packaging.

Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
